Samosa or sanbose is the famous food of south of Iran.
Sambosa made of lavash bread,red meat, scented vegetables,potato,red peper and spice.
In the past they were boiles sambose but now people deep fried sambose.
In the south of khorasan still they boil the sambose as delicious pottage in the villages. It is common in this area and some provinces in south of Iran.
This is kind of special foods of middle east but they are different in recipes and we have this food in south of Iran as an Iranian traditional food with spicy taste .
This food has different recipes and some of them made from vegetables as a special food for vegetarians .
